Josh leads the transformative six-week breathwork course "Inner You," designed to make breathwork accessible to all. Alongside this, he celebrated the release of his debut book, It’s Them, Not You, published by Penguin. Seaglow Media was brought in to support Josh’s growth by driving sign-ups for his course and optimising his digital presence ahead of his book launch.
